Can I switch plans after subscribing?
Yes. Contact support and we'll switch your plan at your next renewal date. If you need access to a second region urgently, you can take out an additional subscription.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Langzapp enters a grace period with limited functionality. Renew at any time to restore full access. Your settings and downloaded models are not deleted.
Is the renewal price locked?
Yes. As long as you remain subscribed, your renewal stays at $19/year. Price changes only apply to new subscribers.
Can I use Langzapp on multiple PCs?
One subscription covers one PC. Additional PC licenses can be added at the same $19/year rate. Contact us for team pricing.
