Method 1

Via your Gumroad email receipt

The fastest way — your download link is already in your inbox.

    Open the inbox you used when subscribing on Gumroad.
  2. 2
    Find the receipt email — search for Gumroad or look for a subject line starting with "Your receipt from…"
  3. 3
    Click "View Content" or "Download" inside the email.
  4. 4
    Click the installer file on the page that opens to download it to your device.

Method 2

Via your Gumroad Library

All your purchases are permanently stored in your Gumroad account — access them anytime.

    Go to gumroad.com/login and sign in with the email you used at checkout.

    Click the "Library" tab in your dashboard menu.

    Find your Langzapp product card and click on it.
  4. 4
    Click the Download button next to the installer file.
💡 Your purchase is stored permanently in your Gumroad Library — you can re-download at any time, including future updates.
After downloading the installer

How to install & activate

Once you have the installer file downloaded, follow these steps.

Run the installer

Double-click LangzappSetup.exe and follow the setup wizard. Language models for your plan download automatically during installation — make sure you have an internet connection at this step.

Windows SmartScreen warning? Click "More info" then "Run anyway". This appears because Langzapp is a new publisher — the installer is safe and code-signed.

Find your license key

Your unique license key is in your Gumroad receipt email. It looks like this: XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX

You can also find it in your Gumroad Library — click your Langzapp product and look for the license key field.

Activate on first launch

On first launch, Langzapp will ask for your license key. Enter it exactly as shown — no spaces. The application connects to Gumroad once to verify the key and record your activation. After that, Langzapp works fully offline.

Each license key activates on one PC only. If you need to move to a new machine, contact us and we'll reset your activation.

Start translating

Drag in a document, select your source and target language, and click Translate. Everything runs locally on your PC — your documents never leave your machine.

System Requirements

Operating System Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit only)
Processor Any modern x64 CPU (Intel or AMD). No GPU required.
RAM 4 GB minimum · 8 GB recommended for large documents
Disk Space ~500 MB per language model · 1–4 GB total depending on plan
Internet Required during installation only (model download + license activation). Not required for translation.
Additional Microsoft Word required for DOCX translation only

Troubleshooting

I can't find the receipt email
Check your spam or junk folder and search for "Gumroad". If you still can't find it, log in to gumroad.com with the email you used at checkout — all purchases are in the Library tab.
Activation failed — "key already used"
Each key allows one activation. If you haven't used it on another machine, email us with your Gumroad order number and we'll reset it for you, usually within 1 business day.
Windows SmartScreen is blocking the installer
Click "More info" → "Run anyway". The installer is code-signed and safe. SmartScreen warns on new publishers until enough installs are recorded.
I replaced my PC and need to re-activate
Email us with your Gumroad order number. We'll reset your use count so you can activate on the new machine.
Installation is slow or models aren't downloading
Language models are large files (500 MB – 2 GB per language). Make sure your internet connection is stable during setup. If the download fails partway, re-run the installer — it will resume from where it stopped.

Contact our support team — include your Gumroad order number and a brief description of the problem. We reply within 1 business day.
